Minors & Representatives
Additional safeguards for participants under 18 and their authorized adult representatives.
Authorized adult required
Every participant under 18 must be associated with a parent, guardian or authorized adult representative. This adult is the primary contact with Production and uses the representative access connected to the minor.
Private communication
Official Portal messages related to an NDT JR participant are intended for the authorized representative. Conversations are private and must not expose information about other participants.
Image and audiovisual material
Participation may include photographs, video, voice, live or recorded events and promotional materials. The corresponding authorization is handled during registration.
Public profiles
A minor may remain active in the competition while the public profile stays hidden. Publication is controlled independently by Administration.
Representative changes
If the authorized adult changes or account information must be corrected, Production should be contacted so the change can be reviewed and documented.
